  1. oh, was the Karmann Ghia one of my favorite cars to see growing up, red was the popular color and i’m not sure i remember seeing a yellow one before. ty for this, i’m a classic car afficianado a ’70 Chevelle SS and a ’79 Ford flatbed being restored as we speak.

    • Thanks for your response. The color is called “sunflower yellow” and is supposed to be time-period appropriate, but I can’t be sure. The great things about this car is there has been no restoration. It is a lot of fun to drive.

      I love the cars of the 70s as well–just can’t fall in love with any car post-70s.
